These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Leagues ("The Leagues", "we", "us", or "our") and the website and services we provide.

By accessing or using The Leagues, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

1. About The Leagues

The Leagues is an online fantasy league platform that allows users to create, join and participate in fantasy leagues and manage fantasy teams.

The service may include league standings, scores, rankings, statistics, news, content and other features.

We may add, remove or modify features of the service from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use The Leagues in your country or jurisdiction.

By using the service, you confirm that you are able to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are under the minimum age required to use the service in your jurisdiction, you must not create an account or use The Leagues without any consent required by applicable law.

3. Your Account

Some features of The Leagues require you to create an account.

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or another authentication method made available by us.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping access to your account secure;
• Not sharing your account credentials with other people; and
• All activity carried out through your account.

You must not create an account using another person's identity or information without permission.

4. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, authentication is provided through Google.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

5. Fantasy Leagues

The Leagues allows users to participate in fantasy competitions.

League rules, scoring systems, deadlines and other competition settings may vary depending on the league.

We may modify, correct or update league data where reasonably necessary, including where errors, technical problems or incorrect source data are identified.

Fantasy league scores, rankings and results may be affected by data supplied by third parties. While we aim to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all third-party data will always be complete, accurate or available.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, The Leagues is intended for entertainment purposes.

6. No Gambling

The Leagues is a fantasy sports platform and is not intended to operate as a gambling service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, users do not wager money or other items of monetary value through The Leagues.

You must not use The Leagues to facilitate illegal gambling or betting activity.

7. User Content

You may be able to submit information or content to The Leagues, including league names, team names, usernames, comments or other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide The Leagues.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent;
• Infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights;
• Is abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
• Contains malicious software;
• Contains another person's private or confidential information without permission; or
• Is otherwise reasonably likely to harm The Leagues or its users.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is inappropriate or harmful.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to The Leagues or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service;
• Use automated systems to abuse, overload or scrape the service where such activity is not permitted;
• Attempt to circumvent security measures;
• Impersonate another person or organisation;
• Use the service for unlawful purposes;
• Introduce malicious code or software;
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for malicious purposes; or
• Abuse, harass or deliberately disrupt other users.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

9. Intellectual Property

The Leagues and its original software, design, branding, logos, text and other materials are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for its intended personal and non-commercial purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without our permission.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, photographs, statistics and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party intellectual property.

10. Third-Party Content and Services

The Leagues may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites, services, data providers or content.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or content.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep The Leagues available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be:

• Available;
• Uninterrupted;
• Error-free;
• Secure; or
• Free from bugs or defects.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical problems or other operational reasons.

12. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of The Leagues at any time.

We may introduce new features, modify existing features or remove features where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, we may provide notice of significant changes.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You materially breach these Terms;
• You use the service unlawfully;
• You attempt to compromise the security of the service;
• Your activity creates a significant risk to The Leagues or other users; or
• We are otherwise required to do so by law.

You may stop using The Leagues at any time.

You can also delete your account using the account deletion functionality provided on the website.

14. Effect of Account Deletion

When you delete your account, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deleting an account may also remove your access to leagues, teams, rankings or other information associated with that account.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes.

15. Disclaimers

The Leagues is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that information provided through the service will always be accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

Fantasy scores, rankings, statistics and other information may contain errors or may depend on third-party data.

You should not rely on The Leagues as a source of official sporting results or other authoritative information unless explicitly stated.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or other losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, The Leagues.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of The Leagues, your breach of these Terms, or your User Content where those matters cause harm to us or another person.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
